What makes good art?

Good art, to me, is a piece of work that one remembers; that intrigues all any of a human's five senses. But art doesn't always have to be a piece of work. Art can be created subconsciously. It can be created within a matter of seconds, without a purpose or a plan; by accident. That to me, is sometimes the best art. It's mindless and unbiased and that's what makes it unique and beautiful.
